Start with the asset—not the surrounding stuff

Tell Kevin what you need to sell

A short initial conversation is enough to determine what information is missing and whether the opportunity appears to fit.

Equipment, vehicles, and machinery

Use the equipment intake to provide the location, category, known identity, operating status, condition, timing, and photographs. Start with what you know.

Firearms and collections

Begin by calling or texting Kevin. Firearms follow the licensed-dealer intake and transfer process rather than the general equipment form.

Helpful information for the first conversation

  • What the asset is and where it is located
  • Who owns it and who is authorized to make decisions
  • Known make, model, configuration, condition, and operation
  • Whether the property or business must be cleared by a deadline
  • Whether the asset can remain safely onsite while marketed
  • Any existing sale, auction, consignment, or estate agreement

Do not send identification, financial records, titles, registrations, full firearm serial-number lists, or other sensitive documents through an initial public form. We will request necessary records through the appropriate process if the opportunity moves forward.
