Firearm intake, possession, storage, records, advertising, buyer qualification, payment, transfer, and return-to-owner procedures follow the applicable licensed-dealer workflow. The transaction structure and available channels depend on the firearms, ownership and authority, condition, location, timing, and legal eligibility.
