Tractors, UTVs, trailers, implements & working equipment

Sell farm and ranch equipment without forcing it through a liquidation deadline

We document the equipment, address the questions serious buyers ask, market it deliberately, manage the buyer process, and coordinate payment and pickup.

Equipment we consider

  • Tractors and loaders
  • UTVs, Gators, and ATVs
  • Implements and attachments
  • Stock, equipment, and utility trailers
  • Livestock-handling equipment
  • Shop and fabrication equipment
  • Construction and property-maintenance equipment
  • Work trucks and productive vehicles

We select assets individually. You do not have to hire us to conduct an estate sale or accept ordinary household contents as part of the assignment.

Use our equipment-separation guide to decide which items merit individual evaluation before a general liquidation deadline controls the plan.

Start with the asset you need to sell

Tractors & loaders

Identity, hours, operating condition, attachments, preparation, demonstration, and loading.

UTVs, Gators & ATVs

Configuration, hours, drivetrain, accessories, ownership records, and property-held marketing.

Working trailers

Title and VIN, dimensions, capacity, running gear, roadworthiness, and transport.

Business & shop equipment

Capability, condition, tooling, utilities, rigging, removal, and specialist buyer reach.

Selected results

Onsite when practical. Relocated when necessary.

When the equipment can remain safely at the property, buyers inspect and collect it there. When real estate, a farm, ranch, or business must be cleared, we compare the value of moving the asset against hauling, handling, storage, damage, and selling costs before recommending relocation.

Commission representation or a direct purchase

Some assets are best handled through a managed sale on commission. In selected situations, we may make an outright-purchase offer. The appropriate structure depends on value, condition, documentation, location, timing, work, risk, and the available exit channels.

The fastest sale is not always the best sale. The right buyer still needs accurate information, credible presentation, and a workable transaction.

Start with your situation

Why do you need to sell?

The reason for the sale affects timing, access, authority, relocation, and the best path for each item.

I inherited equipment

Identify consequential assets, establish authority and deadlines, and avoid burying useful equipment in ordinary estate contents.

I am retiring or closing

Keep equipment productive when practical, sell in phases, and move only the assets whose economics justify it.

The property must be cleared

Separate worthwhile equipment from general contents and compare property-held, relocated, auction, dealer, and other exit paths.
